Super Nice Hub gives Australian businesses card payments, direct debit and electronic agreement signing in one place. Your clients get one guided page: sign, set up their payment method, done.
Every merchant is screened before payments go live. No lock-in contracts.
Send a client one onboarding link and they sign your agreement, add a card or authorise direct debit in a couple of minutes, on a page carrying your business name.
Engagement agreements and Direct Debit Requests are read and signed on one page, with the time, identity and an exact copy kept on file for 7 years.
Card details go straight to our Australian payment provider, Fat Zebra. They never touch our own servers, so there is nothing of your card for us to lose.
Clients authorise once with a proper BECS Direct Debit Request, then agreed amounts are debited on schedule. Change or cancel any time.
Got an invoice? Send a link, get paid by card in under a minute. The amount is locked in and every payment lands in your activity feed.
Weekly, fortnightly, monthly or yearly, on card or bank account. Failed payments retry sensibly, and after three failures we pause and tell you.
Every charge, agreement and change is logged in an audit trail you can show your accountant, your client or your lawyer.
Security note. Payments are processed by Fat Zebra, an Australian PCI-DSS Level 1 payment provider. Bank details for direct debit are collected over an encrypted connection and stored tokenised or encrypted, in Australia. Access to your portal is password protected, logged and alerted.
Create your merchant account in about three minutes. We review every application, usually within one business day.
